ADOPTION APPLICATIONS

All prospective adoptive families must download, complete, and return to us an Application to Adopt. You can send the application to us via email at GLA or you can send it via the postal service to:

Jean Bell, our American coordinator, will determine if you qualify to adopt from GLA and Haiti. She will notify you by email of her decision.

POST-PLACEMENT REPORTS

God's Littest Angels and IBESR require that all adoptive parents keep us informed of your child's progress after the adoption is completed. GLA requires an update every 3 months for the first year and then yearly after the first year. We ask that the first post-placement report be done by a social worker, if possible. After the first report, reports can be done by the parents and sent to us via email.

IBESR requires yearly post-placement reports. Try to pick a time such as the child's birthday to help you remember the IBESR report. Download the English or French report, fill it out, sign it, attach 6 candid photos of your child, and email it to GLAHaiti. The report must be translated into French. If you do not have access to a French translator, we can have the report translated in Haiti.
