Last Saturday, I wrote about the first week's challenge for the efforts for the kids at GLA. You can read it at Every Act of Love.
Then on Monday, Dixie wrote about how we really need your help to care for the kids. You can read what she wrote at Help Needed.
Then on Tuesday, I told the story of a large number of acts of love that turned around the life of one of our angels - you can read it at Love Does.
And yesterday, Molly told the story of Beatrice and the difference that Love makes and how she was reunited with her family. You can read it at We Go With You.
So, at this point, I ask you, actually, I challenge you - in the next 48 hours (before the next challenge comes out on Saturday), what can you do that is an act of Love for the children at GLA?
Here's a couple of suggestions:
- Go to the Donate button at the top of the page and make a donation - any size, whatever God is calling you to.
- Buy some diapers - and send them to our Michigan office at God's Littlest Angels c/o Tom Vanderwell 2260 Rosewood St. Jenison, MI 49428. We are making steady progress but need a lot more diapers to fill the container. Unfortunately, given the winter that Michigan has had, it's going to be quite a while before we can dig out the artificial turf to have it shipped down to Ft. Jacques.
- Tell 10 people about GLA and ask them to donate $5 to $10 to help you buy diapers for GLA.
I'd love it if you could share with others the ways that you did an Act of Love to help make the Kingdom come for these children who need our help.
On their behalf, thank you,
