“Syklon Toma” Its a cozy day up at the GLA Toddler House. Its raining gently at present. The winds calm for the most part and picking up on and off, blowing things around the kitchen, and in back yard. People are still out walking on the streets in our neighborhood, so that tells you that it can’t be that bad right now. We did already lose a banana tree in the back yard, blew right over. The neighbors as well lost three. And as I drove the volunteers down to the Main House this morning their was a fairly sizeable tree down on a power line cutting off half the road, and putting a lot of tension on the lines and the poles in either direction. Praying it doesn’t fall altogether and cut off traffic into our zone. The kids are all in the dining room, sweaters and jackets keeping them cozy as they watch, “Baby’s Day Out”. We’ll keep posted.
