Telling Stories

I had the opportunity to talk with someone this weekend who is familiar (somewhat) with Haiti but who is not familiar with God's Littlest Angels.   We spent quite a while talking about GLA, what's been happening in the last four years and a lot of other stories about how God's at work in and on behalf of the children in Haiti.    We also talked about the fact that the devil really doesn't like the work on behalf of children and families and is fighting it tooth and nail.

The lady I was talking to said something to me that prompted this blog post.   "Wow, it's amazing the stories that you could tell from the work that's being done at GLA.   I could listen to stories of what God's up to for hours!"

Now I'm not recommending that ANYONE listen to me for hours, even though I could tell stories for hours.

But ask yourself, are you part of a group, church, bible study, school or other collection of people who might want to hear more about what God's up to in Haiti?    If you are, and are located within a reasonable distance to Western Michigan, I'd love to come talk to your group.   Who knows how God might use something like that to spark some significant movement in caring for the orphans of the world.

Call me at (616) 292-7559 or e-mail me and let's talk about the possibilities.

Thanks for caring about the kids,

Tom
