BT continues to fill our hearts with SO much joy.You will often catch his curious eyes peeking at you from above the side of the openbed as you enter the NICU. With the sound of “Bonjou”, he lights up the entire room with his dimpled cheeks and infectious smile. BT has also become quite vocal, especially when he is ready for a nap or feeling hungry. His love for food is quite evident. With the sight of his bowl, whether it be labouyi (a Haitian porridge), mais (corn mush), diri (rice), or cereal, he begins to grunt and giggle and wave his little arms and legs in excitement. BT has been off his oxygen support for about a week now and has had a second Chest XRay done. The results have left some room for interpretation so he will be having a few more tests performed this upcoming week. Please continue to pray for the health of BT and the other children, as well as the Haitian staff who work hard to meet their needs.
