Wet clothes, damp weather, and cows!
The container that was delivered last night had many wet clothes. Boxes and boxes were wet and disintegrated as we picked them up to move them into the barn.
Today, Dave, Tara, Patrick and Holli hung all of the wet things outside to dry, but a fog rolled in and so they did not dry very well. It will probably take several days to get them dry.
The staff was able to go through some of the clothing bins and get them ready for distribution. This time, we are going to do bulk distributions and give to churches and tent cities that we know and can trust.
A container from Canada is ready to be released from customs in the next couple of days. We need to clear these things out so more can come in! This new container has lots of tools on it so John is very happy to see it be released!
Do you remember the cows we bought through a donation from one of our donors? Well, I thought I would show you how they are doing too! I do not think they will ever be big fat cows, but they are growing slowly!
