How Your Donations and Support Are Allocated

God's Littlest Angels is a faith ministry. We are not totally supported by any one specific group or denomination. We have many supporters and churches throughout North America and Europe who send funds to support the ministry. The mission is registered with the Internal Revenue Service with an 501C3 tax exempt status in the US and with charitable Canada.

If you are interested in helping the children of Haiti through a donation to the ministry, you can send funds and designate which area you would like to support with your gift. The areas that you can designate are:

General Fund:

This covers the cost of running the mission on a day to day basis. This includes Haitian staff salaries, utilities, rent, formula and food for the children, daily travel expenses, etc.

Building Fund

These funds go toward the purchase and building of a permanent home for the children, quarters for the volunteer staff, and guest housing for visitors.

Vehicle Fund

The roads in Haiti are in such poor repair that vehicle repair is an ongoing commitment.

Education Fund

This fund is used for school age children whose parents are unable to afford the cost of school tuition. In 2006-2007, we sponsored 216 children in school at a cost of $55,000 USD. Sponsors for the education fund are always needed.

Medical Fund

This fund helps cover the costs for airfare, visa fees, passport fees, and medical exams needed for children requiring medical care outside of Haiti.

In the interest of good stewardship, funds received in excess of a project's needs will go toward funding other current projects.
