Strengthening Families....

The Heart of GLA's Mission in "Journey to 30"

As God's Littlest Angels (GLA) strides forward on our "Journey to 30," a critical aspect of this milestone year is our focus on Strengthening Families in Haiti. This initiative is not just a step; it's a leap toward nurturing the fundamental unit of society – the family. By fortifying family bonds and capabilities, we aim to foster environments where our Angels can thrive and grow within the warmth of a loving home.

Our approach is tailored and multifaceted, recognizing that each family's needs are unique. Through strategic partnerships and expert assessments by skilled social workers in conjunction with IBESR, we develop custom support plans that are both practical and empowering. These plans encompass a range of services, from educational programs and medical assistance to business training and housing support. This comprehensive support system equips and empowers parents and caregivers with the necessary tools and resources to create a nurturing, safe, and stable environment for their children.

One of the core elements of Strengthening Families is building independence and self-sufficiency. We will work alongside families, helping them target and achieve self-support capacity through a multifaceted approach. Whether through business training to boost economic stability or providing essential food and housing assistance, we aim to empower families to stand on their own feet, breaking the chains of poverty and preventing child abandonment. This collaborative effort is about planting seeds of hope and watching them blossom into sustainable, self-supporting family units.

As we celebrate GLA's journey and look towards a brighter future, we invite you to be a part of this transformative mission. Your support and involvement can make a significant difference in the lives of families in Haiti.

Join us to strengthen the fabric of families as we continue to spread love, hope, and healing. Together, we can help build a stronger, more resilient community, one family at a time.
